When the Surgery is Closed: OUTSIDE OPENING
HOURS
Always ring 01932 252425 a recorded message will tell
you how to contact the Doctor who is on duty. You can
also either ring NHS Direct or ThamesDoc
THAMESDOC 020 8391 9991, this practice uses a
local medical service, covered by fully qualified
General Practitioners. When you call, an experienced
health telephonist will answer. They will then take your
details and pass them to a duty doctor. The doctor may
call you to offer advice or if your problem still needs
a medical examination, the doctor might invite you to go
to a Primary Care Centre (PCC) or offer you a home
visit.

This is a free, nurse led, national service that could
guide you to the most appropriate medical service
according to your condition. Ring them if you are not
sure whether your condition requires medical attention
or if you need advice.

WALK-IN-PATIENTS AND THE WALK IN CENTRES
If you wish to be seen immediately, by specially trained
nurses, you should make the most of the ‘Walk-in-Centre’
in Weybridge High Street. This centre opens until late
and can be useful, especially for commuters and people
with minor problems. We do not have walk-in medical
services at our practice. |
