Repeat Prescriptions

If the Doctor wants you to have repeat prescriptions, you will be provided with a Repeat Prescription Request Form, which can be found attached to your latest prescription.

This should be handed in to Reception or sent with a S.A.E. Alternatively, you may fill in a form at the secretary’s desk, or click on Online Prescriptions on our website to fill in the form, or fax us your request. Telephone requests cannot be taken.

Processing of repeat prescriptions takes at least 48 working hours.
